My doctor looked at what he is already having and as it wasn't making a difference, she changed everything. She was very helpful and friendly. She is my registered G.P and I feel she listens and acts on what my problems are.

Good-very clear explanations took time to understand underlying conditions. Treated me as an intelligent user of service.
Could be improved-it wasn't clear from my notes whey Dr Roberts had asked me to make an appointment based on my blood test results.
