Care from medical staff is always good as it was on this occasion. Similarly, the reception staff are a pleasure to deal with, always respectful, supportive and as helpful as can be within the system. The appointments system is however broken. Aspects of it are there for purpose. Some specifics: Integrated care: Need an improvement today. Works well. My family, across practices, have used it 4 or 5 times and always good. Ongoing care: Ideally with same doctor e.g my blood pressure review triggered by the practice, not me. Not acceptable. Appointment only become available at a specific time on a specific day for a week 3 weeks ahead. Life means not everyone can ring with the margin. Soon all gone and have to wait another week. This could go on forever!
