Continue to be disappointed. Whilst I know I am ill, whilst people at work (incidentally linked to NHS) know I have been ill for months, nobody at this surgery seems to either care or bother. Four months on and I am no better than I was at first visit. If this is a way to stop you going to "bother" the doctors it has worked, I may as well continue to have this illness and consider it normal, even though I don;t sleep, I am tired and ill at work, and it is making my life a misery.

I think that to wait well over an hour for my appointment is not good. Yes, there can be emergencies crop up, but why did it take almost an hour for a receptionist to actually advise us, all sitting there waiting. Also if my appointment was at say 930, and there were emergencies crop up, how come people who arrived at 1000 got into see my doctor before I did, their appointment was obviously later than mine, and it was several of them.

The length of time waiting for the Drs its hard enough getting an appointment then you are kept waiting for ages. Making sure the system one machine is actual working properly as we have been sat waiting for 1 hr due to the machine not taking my sons name and iv had to take him out of school for this appointment and its a crusial year! This surgery has drastically gone down hill since it moved onto Derby road and Dr Hazel died!
