I have been a patient for thirty five years and have witnessed many improvements, such as medicinal treatments, quick assessments to Consultants if needed, also invites back if my complaint lingers.
My GP is most patient explaining her prognosis to me, which makes me feel assured.
I find the receptionists cheerful and helpful which means a lot when one is feeling low.
This surgery is tops with all involved doing a great job under pressures with the amount of patients they have to treat. I would like to a distribution of patients to some areas where surgeries don't have the over flow such as Sheen Lane.
