I chose this surgery due to the high online score in terms of patient satisfaction. The reality is a huge disappointment. The most helpful people here are the receptionists & I have seen 6 different GP's. Time to leave & find a Dr & surgery that listens & cares about my health.
Perhaps if I had a different ethnicity my experience would have been better.
