This practice, in my experience of it, has the lowest standard of care I have ever received. I found the GP's unprofessional, impolite, uncaring, lacking knowledge and reluctant to make referrals. The reception staff have an attitude that is better suited to an environment that does not involve working with people. The facilities are basic. When I got to the stage where I felt anxious before an appointment I registered with another proactice. Having made quite a few errors in the handling of medical matters I lost my trust in this practice. The practice manager demonstrates a lack of interest in making improvements to service standards.
