Sometime the staff can be abrupt, but I only deal with the receptionists that I know so therefore I avoid any altercations. My Nurse Sandra and My GP Dr Pelz are the only people I see at the practice.
It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment and you have to wait many of weeks to see the Dr but I have gotten used to this over the years and can plan ahead my appointments.
