Ignorant receptionists, some of the doctors aren't much better! Four times I ordered a prescription..only to be told sorry..are u sure u ordered it..well yeah!..fone for an appointment...go to appointment only to be told ..u r not on the list! are u sure u booked one..yeah I did!!! even when they check with the recorded call they still make excuse..going to change my doctor's and put a formal complaint in..only good thing about it are the treatment room staff..they're lovely.
