The doctors never follow through with any treatments, I have two main concerns and everytime I go back I see a different doctor and I feel they just ‘fob me off’ when I know I need help. It’s trally off putting to go back especially as the receptionists are never pleasant.

I work away and it is not always easy for me to get appointments with my doctor. The walk in centre si a god send for cases that don't need a doctor but require the assessment of a trained professional.

I was told by the receptionist when I booked in that the waiting time was approx. 20 minutes. I was called in after approx. 5 minutes-very pleased with the service I received.
