Dr Thomas always has time to listen he is open minded about the delays. I give about what is troubling me. He tries different treatment if the first are not successful. I hardly ever have to wait in the waiting room for long. The receptionist are very helpful and usually fit me in at a convenient time.

1. More phone lines (knowing that you are 7th/8th in line. Doesn't help. Ps. better access for mobility. limited patients to reach 'reception.'
