Came to see doctor 3-15 Friday had cataract surgery Tuesday don't want eye drops to run out - told to ring Monday.
Mobile phone ten in the queue money gone.
Receptionist on Friday marks out of 10 -10.
Called Monday - receptionist very helpful - booked to see a doctor but it was a repeat prescription - didn't need to see a doctor - couldn't run a bath.
