The receptionists are very patient and most helpful. The Doctor I saw today was very understanding and professional and explained clearly what options were available for any treatment which may be required. A request for an appointment by telephone can be quite challenging and time consuming - a 20 minute wait whilst in a queue of 8 followed by a brief conversation with an understandably harassed receptionist could be improved upon.
