Although you can sit and wait daily for an appointment if necessary, many patients are not keen on this option and do not want to sit around waiting, i never had difficulty getting an appointment previously with the old system, so am unsure why it was changed.
overall the surgery does their very best in difficult time sin the NHS i feel.
