The 'open surgery' gives the option to be seen on the same day but, if you wish to see your own GP then appointments can be up to 2 weeks later.
The layout of the waiting area is very cramped, especially when busy, and is not particularly wheelchair or baby buggy friendly. Neither are the entry doors, automatic/wider doorways would help considerably.
The service received from all staff is friendly and caring.
