The fact that you can always get an appointment on the day you choose and you .are not left hanging on the phone for long periods before it is answered.
The Doctors, Nurses, other medical assistants and Receptionist are always friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would like to see is the banning of Mobile phones in the Reception area.
