I needed help with my father's medication. He was discharged from hospital with different medication so the surgery needed to change it on the screen and send the prescription to the chemist to get his blister packs done. I left a message with a rude and unhelpful receptionist who didn't pass the message on for 4 days. Dad was then without medication. I spoke to a further 2 receptionists who were equally rude and unhelpful. Eventually I spoke to the prescription clerk who was wonderful and helped me sort it all out.
