A terrible practice. Losing patients by the score since poor Dr Harris was kicked out. 200 patients leaving in 6 months is bad. Dr Webb dies not care about patients but gives thre impression she is Very Concerned. The fact she employs her daughter as receptionist and secretary says a lot. Dr Sim has a major problem if you question her and she will very very insinstentt she is Always Right. You never see or speak yo the same doctor twice, and its locums locums locums. The HCA is rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. They have lost my personal records, sent reports yo the wrong person and other mistakes which have received no apology. Avoid this surgery!
