I have been waiting for three weeks for an urgent medication for a worsening heart condition .It was sent to the surgery from The Brompton via letter on January 3rd No GP has ever called me after receiving a letter from and when l did eventually call into the pharmacy Mon the 20 th January the medication had not been dispensed as the GP hadn’t signed it off I was eventually called by one of the GPS , arranged by my daughter and also The Brompton hospital who chased things up for me The call from the doctor lasted 30 seconds

Suggested improvements
Frankly where do l begin This catalogue of inefficiency began years ago when l was sent to A and E from the GPS surgery , having told them repeatedly how I’ll l felt I was in heart block and had an emergency pacemaker fitted
