Difficult to give five star rating on several levels: Dr burnham uninterested in examining my feet but suggested I go private, I am registered blind and diabetic so expected a bit of interest on his part. Majority of dispensary staff helpful, unfortunately one individual on the other hand suggested I shouldn’t be using the surgery as I live in an outlying village (funnily enough where she lives) even though I have attended the puddletown surgery for 55yrs -since birth. My elderly mum has received home visits from a nurse who was so starchy that mum was not permitted to talk during her visit, mum felt intimidated by her. As mums condition didn’t improve nurse said she was unable to do anything more and wouldn’t be returning. Despite glowing reviews of the surgery I am aware of many patients that have been rudely received by some dispensary staff and given derisory comments.
