In the space of 90 minutes I had rung the surgery, received a call back from the GP offering an appointment and had that appointment.
I received excellent care at every point and was involved in treatment options. I received clear after care advice going forward for the weekend.
Treated with great kindness and empathy, GP respected my own medical knowledge.
