Extremely poor management of my skin condition over several years and after several complaints ending in a final complaint to the Health Service Ombudsman(took nearly 2 years to complete), I still haven't received an answer to the issues I raised about my treatment (2022). Last Christmas the pharmacy staff opened a sealed foil packet containing my drugs when the packet should be dispensed unopened and then lied about the reason why they had opened the packet. Rude reception staff and unprofessional doctors who don't even bother to introduce themselves when they telephone you. One senior practitioner used the 'f' word in front of me, another GP ridiculed me for no good reason and others gave me the wrong information about drugs and treatment or were rude and unprofessional.

Tell me why you didn't deal with my skin condition wasn't managed in the correct manner. Not lied about dispensing my life saving drugs.

This is a small village surgery, you have to get past aggressive receptionists and pretty much beg for an appointment, then you you have to contend with arrogant doctors who enjoy making you feel a waste of time. I have bowel disease and I actually avoid going to the GP as I find it too stressful.
