Receptionists need to have a
a more pleasant approach to patients. Practice has a lack of communication with the pharmacy re prescriptions....Pharmacy need a better approach to their customers!!! I think they are unable to cope with the amount of prescriptions they deal with.
However when you do manage to see a doctor they do refer you quickly if needed
