when you phone you should be able to talk to someone but when you phone Portland Medical practice 9 times out of 10 your put on to a recorded message that says your in a short que and will be answered shortly.I have been on the phone on occasions i have waited in this so called short que for over 20 minutes and still no answer it a disgrace
what about if it were an emergency??
