I can't praise Port View Surgery highly enough. In eight years as a patient I have never had anything but a fantastic experience. Every member of staff, whether receptionist, nurse or doctor, have all been exceptional. The surgery is very friendly and high tech.....Being able to book appointments on online is just fantastic and takes the stress out of trying to get through on a busy phone line. Appointments are 15mins, not the usual rushed 10 and you can always get one on the day (without being at all interrogated by reception staff). I have seen several doctors and all are approachable, caring and pleasant. Dr Booth in particular has gone out if his way to help me and offer kindness and support. I have just moved out of the County and leaving this surgery is something I will really miss. Port View Surgery is an example to all other surgeries out there......just fab, thanks to you all! :)
