I had been under my previous doctor for 20+ years and transferred to Pennygate as I had moved to the area. When I registered and sought treatment at Pennygate, I could not believe the significant difference in the quality of care and services provided. Pennygate Medical Centre is without doubt a well run and very professional medical centre. It is considerably better than my previous doctors. I am treated with respect and due consideration above and beyond anything I've experienced at a doctors surgery before. The number and variety of services on offer is extensive, the centre is clean and modern and all of the staff are polite and helpful. I no longer dread going to the doctors, I believe other practices could learn a lot from Pennygate.
