Great surgery my family are all registered here. The practice is very well run with a great team of doctors, nurses and back office staff. The ladies on reception are all very efficient and pleasant. I normally only request a routine follow up appointment for myself as I have ongoing care and can always get this to a time and day that suits me (of course there is the odd time when the GP is on holiday but even God had a day off!). Whenever I have needed an urgent appointment I phone up yes they may ask a couple of questions but that is to help get me in to the right person the receptionist is by no means trying to diagnose as people usually say about them. I would also like to add that I have witnessed the staff spoken to in terrible ways at times rude name calling emotional abuse-but they just get on and deal with the patient in a dignified way. Keep going Pennygate you are great.
