The reception staff are pleasant and very helpful. We are not always seen on time but this can't be helped in a busy practice and so many emergencies. So it's important that the waiting area is clean, warm and comfortable which it is. Dr Ruell always make me feel welcome and equires about my welbeing and asks about family members who she knows are a concern. This time I needed to see the consultant so she made an appointment at the prefered hospital before I left. She always checks through and reassesses my medication.I feel confidant that she is caring for me and for my husband and I'm gratful that I have her as my GP

The doctor Prescribed medication, for my long term condition, which has made such a difference to my life, I am so grateful for the doctors time and effort, to ensure that I receive the best medicines for my condition.
