The waiting room has nothing for children to do which can be very distracting and annoying for other people. Whilst I realise that people have to wait for sometimes 20-30 minutes for their appointment for a child this is quite a long time. If there are no books to read etc they are prone to boredom and then disturb other people. At least a few books/magazines would be handy.
