Not helpful in the slightest.
After being unable to get an appointment I waited 3 weeks only to be told that I needed to be seen when my symptoms were present.
I used to always value the care I received for myself and my family but now it is impossible to arrange a time to be seen by a practice doctor due to opening hours and availability. Could this not be looked at so working people can still access the excellent care that has always been available until the last few years?
