It has been really difficult to get a GP appointment recently but the nurse practitioners were quite helpful. My only issue about my appointment today was the very rude young lad, receptionist, who answered my call. He interrupted me on several occasions and just spoke over me.

Suggested improvements
Train the receptionist in customer service skills!
