Why are receptionists allowed to not answer the phone for 1hr 10mins , by putting the phone down on me 13 times . When i did finally get through , I asked to speak to the Practice Manager to complain , I was told she had conviently left the premises .
I then asked to speak to one of the Partners . .
Again I was told that was not possible .
Surely this is against the practices rules .
Who do you contact to try and get these public places accessible ?
I know they are very busy places ,but surely good manners should prevail , not rudeness and bad temper by certain receptionists who are not happy in there work and very unprofessional .
Perhaps a quick answer like " Sorry we are very busy at the moment , could you please call back later " easy isn;t it . NOT HAVING THE PHONE PUT DOWN ON YOU 13 TIMES .
