Need drinking water in the waiting area. Very unfriendly receptionists. The online system is so brilliant. Dr Davidson is lovely, Dr Kay is amazing. Waiting times are too long. Toilet isn’t always clean.
Dr Kay is the most caring, understanding and professional doctor I have ever had. I always feel safe, calm and well cared for, he’s had such a positive impact on my mental health. Absolutely fantastic and wonderful doctor, thank you!
