I have just moved to this surgery after 50 years at my previous surgery. Being able to book online is excellent. The main difference I have noticed is I can always see my own GP therefore I am experiencing continuity and receiving support when I need it. I've noticed she remembers things I have told her which stops me feeling like a number. Receptionists at this surgery are helpful and non intrusive so if you have to speak to them it is not an ordeal.
