I love the online booking and repeat prescription service, easy and very convenient. Allows me to fit in with all my other commitments for non urgent issues. My GP listens to me, I am a biologist and he speaks to me at my level, never patronising, always including me in any discussions about my care. He only prescribes when essential, I am never fobbed off with an unnecessary prescription. He gives sound practical advice and has a sense of humour, very important in a GP! I feel we're all in very safe hands.

Compassionate care team Please improve the speaker call system in the waiting room. Just can't hear announcements because of the noise of chatter, phone & kids. Otherwise excellent

I had to make a telephone call to the Dr the other day and had to speak to a locum Dr that I had never met. The outcome was not the sensible advice that I was hoping for and I ended up having to make an appointment to see someone I knew as soon as possible after the call. Apart from that I have been with this surgery for 50 years and would recommend it to every one.
