Difficulties in getting sooner appointments

Contacted the surgery mid-morning for a GP appointment . Reception were very helpful and informed me that Dr.Horgan would call me in the afternoon. Dr.Horgan called me back and after discussing my case asked me in for an appointment later that day. All aspects of the treatment I received have been first class and I can not praise all involved highly enough. Thank you Parishes Bridge.

Sometimes it is difficult to get through to make an appointment but doctors always phone back and if needed book you to see them straight away. After being at this surgery for 19 years our family have always had excellent service which is a credit to the doctors and staff.

it would be great if you could get an appointment first of all we have been trying for over two weeks now and cann't even get through to the surgery. It would be even better if they arranged to carried out the necessary checks and test requested by the specialists they refer you too. so disappointing
