called surgery in the morning to make appointment for the same day as my heart
had been feeling funny and irregular. I was told to go to A and E.
when i asked could i please see a GP , the receptionist on the phone said bluntly NO
GOBSMACKED I PUT DOWN THE PHONE.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL MENTION IT TO THE GP PERSONNALY
AS WELL, IF I GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THEM!!!
