I have just spent 50 minutes (most of my lunch hour!) on hold trying to get through to the receptionist. I think it is absolutely dismal that no matter what time you try calling the practice it takes very long for your call to be answered. I understand that the practice is busy but it is absolutely unthinkable that a person must be on hold for 50 minutes just to speak to the receptionist. It doesn't matter what time of the day you try to call the practice it is the same experience! Employ extra receptionists to answer the telephone! Will definitely be looking to move to another practice!
