Share review of Padgate Medical Centre
Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist over the phone over and over. the senior staff who retain this positions have cero clue about human compassion, I thought compassion would be one of the key strengths of any of the staff at this venue but not it seems they are just there to make sure their 8 hours finish and leave.
In one of the many occasions, I arrived to reception around 10 am breaking down in abdominal pain, bending down myself to the floor, I barely could stand up , I told the receptionist how bad I was feeling and needed to see a doctor. She said "no appointment, if you want one wait until 12 when we can give you an appointment.
I accepted on appointment but i told her i will made myself to the hospital. She didn't care, she didn't suggest let me call an ambulance, or being concern if i drive in that condition or if i was accompanied by someone who can help me.
once at the hospital they took me under emergency (cause i made my own way to the hospital).
This particular receptionist didn't inmute to the most minimum for my well being regardless in what terrible state I was.
I wonder if I'm writing my feedback here, will someone do something to train and educate this staff ???
