The receptionist had no empathy she is abrupt bordering on rude. She has no authority to ask the questions she does. A bad experience when I'll.
The doctor would not make any commitment and never solved the problem. She promised to get back but never bothered
Suggested improvements
It would be nice to get the reviews you are due. Eg For diabetes checks etc. There is never any follow up. Just abandoned
