Absolutely disgusted in the receptionists at the medical centre! Just came off the phone to be left in tears! Bad telephone mannor bad attitude. First spoke to someone called Jen, major mess up with my prescription being misadvised previously. To then in the end be hung up on without a goodbye either then when I call back to complain another receptionist clearly didn't care and her "apologie" was absolutely lacking compassion after explaining for me to pick up a phone and try and sort a problem out when I suffer with major anxiety and depression has made me even more worked up and distressed! For some people who differ more than me this could push them over the edge! Shocking! Absolutely disgusting and isn't the first time I've had a problem with these receptionists! So my constructive suggestions are to actually employ people who know exactly what compassion and care means as when you work in a place where people are face to face or over the phone suffering with illnesses and need help... they are SUPPORTED!
