Waiting time is always min 40 mins.
Today been here at one and a half hours.
It's just too much. There needs to be longer opening hours so there isn't an influx of people at one time.
- Also need some background music/TV in waiting area.

The staff are very friendly.
I really like Dr Hassan.
She only started last year and I think she is extremely good at her job.
