With the odd exception the drs are good but the receptionists fall into two categories very helpful, a small in height but larger lady being one and a younger lady and the prescription clerk but the rest are obstructive with the default answer being no go some where else!
Are they under that much pressure? Or just forgetting they are there to help us not get rid of us?
