Very sorry to say that I have tried ringing the surgery on three occasions this week but just could not keep hanging on. I tried outside of the 'advised' peak times but to no avail. I always find the staff and doctors, when you do actually get an appointment, very good indeed but really the telephone answering system is being handled woefully unprofessionally and could possibly led onto very real liability exposures due to the lack of service. I would urge the management to really explore ways of better handling this the vital first channel of communication with patients.
