I am sorry to say that the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They are curt and offhand in the way they speak on the phone and do absolutely nothing to help in any way. They give the impression that it is an inconvenience to speak to patients. Very sad as they were always lovely in my experience, but things have taken a massive down turn in the past year or so.
I wish us Oxted residents had a choice of surgeries but we don't. I only hope things improve.
