Absolute rubbish! This place is a real disgrace for the NHS, Its probably run by some incompetent with zero common sense and very poor management skills.
Receptionists can’t be bother to organise the easiest task for you, they are ruth and in many cases clueless!
Over the phone...every time you call you have to go through the same nonsense automated BS...to than follow other automated nonsense in order to talk to an human being which gives you more nonsense on top of the prerecorded ones...I’m totally furious, what a waste of public funds!
Suggested improvements
Get some management skills, pretend less and start acting more, get some common sense and if that’s not too much Do the job you get paid for!
