Sadly I have to write my experience as I think I'm not the only one. Im with this surgery for a long time, had only good experience but in the last half of the year or so its just going down. Can not get an appointment, only doctor calls you back if there is an emergency. I do not think its appropriate in health service, im calling regarding my health not about a lost luggage or something. So few weeks back, My 5 years old daughter got ill. Very high temperature, for days and days, rush on body. Of course, I had to take her to walk in clinic, but that was the virus season. When it didn't pass, and I got ill too, called gp. No appointment, doctor call you back-sounded on the line. Some doctor called back in 30 minutes, and hearing the symptoms he gave us 2 different time slots to the nurse. Yes, to the nurse! She did not listen as I was about to tell what happened from the beginning, as it was not my daughter's appointment but mine. (Started all with her, right?) Was aggressive, stopping me when I wanted to speak, then she came up with new symptoms she found, strawberry tong. I did not know where to put it, thought she is professional. Daughter got antibiotic, I got cream for my rush. 2 days later I couldn't get up, got to hospital with serious infections caused by Scarlet fever. 6 days in there, lots and lots of pain. Now that I'm out, I called them up with persisting pain, and the voice on the line sais - the doctor will call you back shortly...... I'm not blaming reception team, as they are always nice. But this system or luck of doctors is unacceptable.
