I am very saddened to have to write a negative review. I find this practice approach shocking and have had health concerns and felt totally unsupportive by the GP. The doctor is fantastic on minor concerns but not if anything complicated where she quickly shifts you out her surgery but I’m speaking for myself. I find the receptionists approach shocking accept one and quite unfriendly. The manager approach is unbelievable and shockingly condescending and patronising and speaks to people as if they lack intellect I’ve never experienced being spoken to so rudely on the phone. There was one part time dr I respect. Who’s good but only working one day a week, so is not practicle. If you got basic health needs use this practice. I feel that the manager needs to be put into training how to communicate politely and treat patients with dignity and respect. Offering longer surgery hours so patients can get earlier appointments. Encourage drs to read new patient notes and if they struggle suggest a colleague to help indeed not let patient suffer as I have. I find the staff quite miserable and unfriendly and I need to be approached by positive people . I have been made upset me and basically left me to struggle with health concerns alone as the GP does seem disinterested about my health needs and let me struggle. I was with a doctor for 25 years and so caring and supportive it’s not the same comparison with this practice. I’ve registered elsewhere now as I no longer trust the doctor or have anything to do with my health needs. It’s a shame I could not write a positive review
