I am not a fan of writing reviews as I'm useless, however I thought it was time I did.
When I ring the practice up the receptionists are always polite, courteous and try to help you any way which they can. I have never had to wait more than 2/3 days for an appointment. If it is urgent sometimes you have the option of Open Surgery or waiting until the end of an appointment surgery to see a doctor. I have always been taken care of with utmost respect and the doctors/ nurses listen to what you have to say if you are concerned about your health. I've been a patient for 40 years and I've never had any problems with appointments or care...
oh just one more thing, I was surprised when I got a letter just after my 40th asking if I'd like to make an appointment for an "MOT", I didn't know they even existed.. 5 star care in my eyes...
