Getting an appointment is a soul destroying affair, and even having an appointment and a time is a waste.
My last experience was that I arrived some 5 minutes before my appointment. The electronic check in stated there were 2 patients before me. Over an hour later and after 4 others had been invited to see the doctor, i felt angry and stressed so left and got on with other things at home.
It was a medication review appointment, so managed to get another appointment for over a fortnight later with the online service.
I used to like the practice, but now wish there was another one in the area.
