I am new to the surgery waited about three weeks for an appointment, was told blood pressure was high and need a 24 hour at home BP check and the nurse would be in contact to arrange it. Two weeks later and one phone call by myself last week to ask how much longer I will have to wait and told to ring back early this week, I am at the moment into the 25th minute of hanging on the phone to speak to someone yet again to ask when I will be hearing from the nurse ! I also want to get some blood test results I had last week but dont hold out much hope and certainly wont be ringing again on a differnt line to wait another riduculously long time as I type this I am now up to 35 minutes holding on and shall give up soon . So will have no results and no answer as to why the nurse hasnt contacted me still after 2 weeks . very poor service
